This is an instance of ceramic zirconia with the lingual face produced in monolithic zirconia. Complexity in this case is due to the high value of nearby teeth.
   Additionally, whiteish orizontal surface banding is present.
   Therefore the difficulty was to produce an off-scale colour to match the companion central incisor.
   Our thinking was to expepriment with various colour mixes, obtained by adding white to the lighter dentine on the colour scale.
   Here is the esthetic result.
